As a growing company, human capital is a strategic resource for the sustainability and longevity of Bracell’s business. In 2025, we continued to invest in talent attraction and retention to support our accelerated growth.
Our employees work across forestry operations (silviculture, nurseries, haulage and harvesting), industrial operations (paper and pulp production), and administrative support functions.
At Bracell Papéis, we had 1,585 direct employees in 2025 working in our mills in São Gonçalo dos Campos (BA), Feira de Santana (BA), Pombos (PE), and Lençóis Paulista (SP). Our pulp business had a total of 8,948 direct employees working in operations in São Paulo and Bahia.
